How to track my package

If you do not see this email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folders as it may have been filtered there unintentionally. If you're still having issues locating this tracking information, please feel free to contact us so we can investigate further. Please note that at this time, you are not able to track your shipments directly through our website.

If you are having issues with the tracking number that was sent within your confirmation email, please attempt to contact the carrier directly with the tracking number as they will be better equipped to assist you. When will my items be shipped?
Our processing and shipping requires 5-7 business days from the date of the purchase to arrive at your doorstep (International shipping may vary). Unfortunately, weather can play a role in unexpected package delays. If your order has not arrived after 7 business days, please contact us, and we will investigate the order further.
